I grew up in Newbury Vermont and learned to ride bikes at a young age.  I lived on the side of mountain in the middle of the forest.  A good place to ride and progress.  I graduated from oxbow high school in 2004.  I started cross country mountain bike racing around age 14(2000).  I made the move to dowhill racing the summer of 2003.  I got my first pro license in 2008 after four years of racing.  I have fun competeing and want to make a career out of it.  I continue to progess my riding skills and fitness.  I am learning as much as I can, as fast as I can, to get a head.  I'm never satified.  I always want to be a stronger more skilled rider, and that is what keeps me focused.  If your not first your last!

What makes a good race course?

Lots of corners, steep, rough, 4 minutes long,  jumps, open and fast, a massive crowd and a hot seat at the finish.

 2009 Mount Saint Anne Quebec Cup

Weakness?

I could use a coach for fitness training.  I have a hard time sticking with a program and seeing results.

Strength?

I have fun riding and racing and that's what it's all about.

Favorite pass times?

Hanging out with friends, snowboarding, bike movies, Music, food, and sleep.

I wrench at The Start House ski and bike shop in woodstock, VT.
